What data we collect
Only the data you send us yourself via the forms on the website (enquiry, configurator, service booking, test drive): first and last name, email address, telephone number, company, town, message content and the selected vehicle configuration.
What we use it for
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a test drive or service and perform any contract. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and the contract itself (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). We do not use the data for advertising and do not sell it.
Email newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address, language and the time of subscription and confirmation. We send you news (prices, special offers, new models) only if you have confirmed your subscription by clicking the link in the email. The legal basis is your consent (point (a) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email, after which we will no longer send you news.
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary to respond and for any business relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by law, for example for accounting records.
Who can see it
Employees of Hoa Projekt d.o.o. who handle your enquiry, and providers that host the website and email for us, only to the extent necessary for these services.
Cookies and external content
We use Google Analytics analytics cookies only if you allow them in the cookie banner. They let us measure site traffic and which content interests visitors; Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. The legal basis is your consent (point (a) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation), which you can withdraw at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers and the map on the Contact page from OpenStreetMap servers, so these providers receive your IP address when the content loads.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and object to processing. Send your request to info@hoaprojekt.com. If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
