New Kavalir 4 in Ljubljana

Kavalir 4, which replaced Kavalir no. 2, now also runs through Ljubljana's city centre, which is closed to motor traffic. The Kavalirs continue to offer free, environmentally friendly transport in the pedestrian zone of the city centre.

With the expansion of the pedestrian zone, the Kavalir fleet has become one of the most important elements of public transport in central Ljubljana. To keep the fleet running smoothly, we replaced Kavalir 2 with a new Attiva vehicle by Italcar. The new vehicle has the same driving capabilities: it is an electric passenger vehicle with a range of up to 80 km on a single charge, powered by a 5,5 Kw drive unit with a set of US Bateries 220 Ah batteries, with six seats, a battery level indicator, reversing signal, upholstered seats, alloy wheels and a built-in battery charger.

Like the other Kavalirs, the new electric vehicle will provide residents of Ljubljana and visitors with environmentally friendly transport in the city centre, as it produces neither noise nor exhaust fumes. The vehicle is comfortable and will give passengers quick access to their destination, which is especially important for older people and people with reduced mobility.
